Private holiday home inside the Athena Resort Ragusa tourist village (Alpitour), in the Unesco heritage sites of the Val di Noto (South-Eastern Sicily).

From June to September only weekly or multiple rentals with entry and exit on Saturday.

The house located in the central area, in the street in front of the shuttle stop area for the beach, near the hotel, and 2 steps from the Olympic swimming pool and amphitheater area.

Those who come to stay with us, during the periods in which there are tourist activities, use all the services that the tourist village offers, shuttle service to and from the private beach with use of umbrella and deck chairs included, access to the Olympic swimming pool with use of umbrellas and deck chairs, mini and junior club service, organization and free participation of sports and relaxation tournaments, daytime and evening entertainment with baby dance, shows, group dances and much more relaxation and fun included ........ .

The Living Room / Kitchen ...

Living room with kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, toaster, TV, and everything needed to clean including vacuum cleaner. Room equipped with air conditioning / color pump, sofa bed with 2 sleeping places, the balcony with mosquito nets overlooks the south side of the Village on the sea side. Communicates with double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom.

The master bedroom...

With double bed, 2-door wardrobe with safe inside, low counter furniture, bedside tables, wardrobe (with safe) and desk with color TV, bedroom also equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. The bedroom balcony overlooks the private parking space below the house.

Excellent solution for everyone, from children to adults, with 2 beds, which if necessary can be joined to create another double bed, equipped with a 2-door wardrobe, very comfortable and also equipped with mosquito nets. The window overlooks the private parking space below the house.
