We rent the 3 furnished apartments in the Tourist Village (which has finished the tourist hotel business) at very low prices, located outside the city, in the middle of nature, in a residence formula. Apartments equipped with all the comforts to live well both in winter and in summer.

The Tourist Village (Athena Resort ex Kastalia) immersed in the Oriented Natural Reserve of Pino d'Aleppo, is located in the center between the town of Scoglitti (4 km) and Santa Croce (10 km), Punta Secca (Montalbano's house 13 km ), Marina di Ragusa (16 km), Vittoria (15 km), Comiso (15 km), Ragusa (20 km), Scicli (32 km), Comiso Airport (23 km). The ideal location for those who want to visit the sites defined by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site

The village is closed from the end of September to mid-May, there are no activities, it becomes the ideal place to stay in total privacy, away from the outside world, in total relaxation and undisturbed, a beautiful place to live, full of greenery, with a pine forest with outdoor games for children, tennis courts and soccer fields that are always open (without evening lighting), great for those who want to keep fit with nice walks or running in the open air. A car is compulsory to reside inside the village as the first town is at least 4 km away and there is no other activity inside the village.

They are rented for a minimum period of at least 3 days (130.00 euros), per week (200.00) or even for long periods until the end of April (for those who want to take long holidays or for those who are temporarily working in the area ).

The houses are rented in residence formula (excluding food and drinks), and if needed, we provide bed sets and bathroom sets (with a small surcharge).
